Traci Soltycki is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of clinical and clinical supervisory experience; she works with individuals as well as couples and families. Traci believes that life is a journey with many steps, turns, and stops along the way. Sometimes this journey is smooth and straight and sometimes the road is bumpy and windy or the path is hard to see; therapy can be a critical part of finding your way on this expedition. Therapy can help you find a way to healing and to empowering oneself; to a healthier life. Traci will work collaboratively with you to help identify and prioritize your needs and goals throughout the process of treatment. Traci's primary goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where you feel heard, understood, and valued. She believes that each person is unique and has their own story to share, to discover. Traci's approach is centered around respect, empathy, and collaboration and in your work together, you can expect a non-judgmental space where your feelings and experiences are honored. She is committed to walking alongside you on your journey at your pace; providing support, validation, guidance, and practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges. Focusing on understanding the connection between your thoughts, feelings, & behaviors, together, she will help to identify patterns that may be contributing to your distress and develop effective strategies to challenge/change. She welcomes clients of all religious beliefs and backgrounds. Traci’s main goal is to empower you with the tools needed to manage symptoms for lasting change.

A graduate of Arcadia University's Master's program in Counseling, Traci has gained a wealth of clinical experience in her work with Family Based Services, Residential treatment, Acute Partial programming, Intensive Behavioral Health Services as a Mobile Therapist and Behavioral Consultant, and Outpatient services as well. Traci has had the privilege of working in a variety of settings and is looking forward to meeting you either in person at the office or via telehealth. Traci is skilled at working with clients struggling with acute stress, poor self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Her specialty areas of interest are parenting, family & relationship challenges, and life transitions; including divorce and building blended families during remarriage. As a systemic, trauma and attachment informed, relational therapist, Traci believes in treating the whole individual/couple/family. Utilizing a strength-based approach along with an appropriate sense of humor, Traci's warm, sincere and encouraging style helps clients feel connected to the therapeutic process - a vital component to growth and change. Additionally, Traci's extensive clinical experience lends itself well to the inclusion of traditional cognitive and behavioral approaches in which she is trained; she will interweave these methods with relational work as needed.

Currently, Traci is also working as a Family Based Senior Clinical Manager/Supervisor at Child Guidance Resource Center where she received extensive training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy training program through the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center. Essentially, Traci works to develop the next generation of therapists; something in which she takes immense satisfaction. There's no better time to start living the life you want than now.
