I have been working as a therapist for over 30 years. My approach is holistic, treating the whole person, body, mind and spirit. I approach therapy as if I am building a team. I will be a coach, guide or facilitator as the needed. My aim is to engage my clients in a collaborative growing and healing venture. Meeting people where they are in their life is key to how I work and enable my clients to succeed. Because of my diverse work and life experiences, I am well-suited to work with people from different social and cultural backgrounds, ages 14 to 85.

The three areas I consider specialties are 1)addiction recovery and related issues, such as co-dependence and enabling, 2) recovery from sexual, physical and emotional trauma and 3) working with LGB people. I have had extensive training and experience working with clients in all these areas.

I work with several insurance companies and offer a sliding scale for those who are unable to use, or do not have, insurance.
